What you will build

You have used an ATM many times. Now you will build one in C.

Check balance: show the money in the account.
Deposit: add money to the account.
Withdraw: give cash, like a real ATM, with three rules:
The amount must be a multiple of 100, because the ATM has only Rs. 100 and bigger notes.
The amount cannot be more than the balance.
